New features on the Comms web site

Dear All,

Our group's web site has seen a major update and an expansion of its functionality. I would like to strongly encourage you all to make use of this comprehensive resource.

The following updates have been made:

  • All links on the tutorials page have been fixed and some new and useful tutorials have been added.
  • Group's code repository can be now explored and browsed through.
  • The documentation of several modules including Rob's RobProb and Jin's Convolutional Codes has been added to the new Comms IT++ page.
  • Many other modules are available from the CVS and their documentation will appear on the Comms IT++ page in the near future.

If you happen to have a well-documented IT++ source code, please let me know and I will add your project to the Comms IT++ page. As was pointed out by Jin and advocated further by Rob and Sohail, our aim is “to develop our own C++ library of communication and signal processing algorithms, which is of course based on IT++, but is constituted by our own contributions”.

Best of luck with you research,
Jos
